If you haven’t already guessed how I like to do things, I would like to tell you that, yes, I did wanted to save the best of Lily Allen’s designer bags for last this week. Sure, my idea of “best” may differ from your own (and I would just like to say that my opinion isn’t the only one that matters on this subject), however, I don’t think anyone will debate that this Hermes bag certainly takes the cake this week. Of course I love all Hermes bags, and am very partial to the Constance and Kelly, however, when it comes to designer handbags; Lily Allen has got this one nailed with her bright Hermes Birkin!
I don’t really follow Lily Allen (which is hard for me to say since I am dedicating this whole week to her) so before seeing these photographs, I had no idea that Lily had so many great designer bags. I mean, I know that she has a lot of money (she is successful, no?) but I kind of assumed that she wasn’t really that into fashion. Well, little did I know that Ms. Allen actually owns quite a few top designer handbags that I would love to have in my closet, including the likes of Prada and Mulberry handbags (both of which I am going to feature today). So let’s check out a portion of Lily’s collection that I have put together for your viewing pleasure!
I don’t believe I have ever written a post about this celebrity before. I mean, I am racking my brain just to try to recall if I did or not because I simply cannot believe that I have never featured the one and only Lily Allen and her amazing designer handbags! Shame on me! Well I am going to write this post about her and her hot Louis Vuitton handbags, however I won’t stop there. I am going to dedicate this whole week to Lily and write about a few designer bags of hers that caught my eye. Today we will start off with Louis Vuitton bags; and then? Who knows! Check her out (above and below) looking amazing with her Louis Vuitton designer handbags.
I don’t really disclose much personal information of this blog. I mean, I talk about how much I love Prada handbags and the like but I don’t talk very much about my day to day. I have been in a very retrospective mood lately, and it might help to share a little about myself (and then we’ll get to the Prada bags). I just want you all to know that I have struggled financially A LOT.
Another day, another delay in the coming of spring. I honestly am getting worried that spring weather will never arrive. I mean, the snow is pretty and all, but it’s a little ridiculous to look out of your window in April to see a blizzard happening. Sigh. At least I’m able to watch it from the comfort of my warm home while looking at the amazing designer handbags that are carried by celebrities. I mean, Mulberry handbags are the best thing to get me out of this terrible winter (umm even though it isn’t winter) funk., Speaking of the Mulberry bags, check out Maggie Gyllenhaal with one of her Mulberry handbags, the Mulberry Effie Satchel. I am almost tempted to get dressed and go out when I look at this photograph. Oh wait – I forgot – there is a BLIAZZARD outside!
I have been dying to switch up my look for ages now, and although I have undergone quite a dramatic haircut (went from long flowing hair to a bob) I am still craving more change. Now, I have dabbled before in hair colour, and my natural dark hair has been bleached a few times in my years. The problem is; I want to go for a pastel like our star of the week, Kelly Osborne (you can catch her above, with her extremely cute vintage Hermes clutch, and below with her hot black Hermes Birkin bag) however I would have to bleach again to get it there. Every time I do this (it has been about 2 years or so) I always wind up regretting it. So what’s a pastel-loving gal to do? Perhaps pastel Hermes handbags will hold me over instead?
Last week I talked about the new face of Mulberry handbags (or at least the latest socialite who has been given a namesake Mulberry bag line) Cara Delevingne and the Cara Delevingne bag, so here are some more shots of this promotional lady (I’m not really sure what else to call her, since she is working hard to really get this Mulberry bag out there and noticed by wearing it ALL over the place) from Paris fashion week. Check her out (above) carrying a black Mulberry Small Quilted Cara Delevingne Bag and below this post carrying the large camo version of the Mulberry Cara Delevingne bag.
In the past few weeks I have done nothing but talk about Fashion Week – Well, at least that how if feels to me! I really hope it hasn’t been boring for you to read, since most of my material has been the same lately. Who am I kidding? If you’re coming back to the blog weekly, then you MUST be into designer handbags (like Louis Vuitton handbags) as much as I am, and I think you have been just as stoked about fashion week as I am (and even more stoked to look at all of the photographs of the amazing celebs, socialites and their designer bags!) Speaking of which, I would like to talk about a photograph that I just saw of a very beautiful woman with an exquisite Louis Vuitton bag. Check out Natalia Vodianova (above this post) with her LV bag that I am completely obsessed with! It’s the Louis Vuitton petite trunk bag and I have no words. I mean, this is one of the cutest bags I have ever seen in my life. If I saw her in person I would be so tempted to run over and snatch it from her (okay, I wouldn’t, but still…).
Last week we saw a lady by the name of Cara Delevingne with a brand new Mulberry bag from, yup you guessed it, the Cara Delevigne line. Well, it’s actually called the Capsule collection, which Cara had a hand in designing. I’m not sure how much input she had in the creative process, since the Mulberry handbags of her line look very much Mulberry. Check out the photographs, above and below this post, and we’ll find out a little more about this new line of Mulberry designer bags!
Just to recap, we are spending two posts to talk about some of the celebs and their designer handbags from fashion week in both New York and Milan. I am completely buried in photographs of celebs and their designer handbags, I don’t know how I’m going to get through them all! Good thing looking at designer bags (like Hermes handbags) is something that I love to do, so it really doesn’t feel like work to me at all. In the last post we talked about Prada bags being carried by celebrities spotted at the New York and Milan fashion week, and today we will be doing something similar, but talking about Hermes bags instead! I get so excited when I write a post which features Hermes designer handbags; I really hope you have just as much fun reading them!
